This report is drawn from the implementation of the Capacity Development Seminar on Agriculture Risk Management held in Niamey, Niger on December 9, 2015, organized by IFAD/PARM in partnership with the 3N Initiative (I3N) AGHRYMET Regional Center (ARC). The objective of the seminar was mainly to enhance participants’ knowledge and technical skills in agricultural risk analysis and management strategies. It also aims to strengthen capacities for agricultural risk identification and risk management decision making.
