The Government of Cameroon, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER), has been actively engaged in the PARM process since 2015. PARM, in partnership with NEPAD and other development actors, assisted the Government in this process by proposing a new ARM methodology based on a holistic approach.
This report brings together the main results from each of the phase in the joint process – the risk prioritization, capacity development and identification of specific investment tools. The report also contains a convincing proposal for investment into modernized information system connected to the warrantage network in Cameroon.
