Read this report to find out the key points from a Capacity Development Seminar held in Yaoundé, Cameroon on the 15-16th June 2016 by IFAD/PARM in collaboration with Cameroon Ministry of Agriculture (MINADER). The seminar aimed at increasing stakeholders’ capacity to analyze risk, identify and understand robust and holistic risk management options. It welcomed diverse stakeholders including officials from government agencies, the private sector, international development organizations, research institutions and farmer groups.
