Read this report for the key outcomes of an agricultural risk management training course delivered on the 9th of May in Praia, by PARM and its country partners in Cabo Verde. The training aimed at increasing stakeholders’ knowledge on strengthening cooperative system connected to the private market and public as a tool to manage agricultural risk in Cabo Verde.
The workshop welcomed about 58 participants from across the 9 inhabited islands of Cabo Verde. Participants were mainly officials from the central and decentralized institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Environment, civil society, agricultural producer associations, microfinance institutions, the private sector, and many other groups services.
